Usage:
NOTE: Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with them must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Put lubricant on all other seals at assembly.
(1) Torque for bolts ... 250 ± 14 N·m (185 ± 10 lb ft)
(2) Torque for studs ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
(3) Torque for bolts ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
(4) Torque for bolts ... 130 ± 7 N·m (95 ± 5 lb ft)
(5) Thickness of twelve new discs and eleven new plates ... 85.24 to 89.77 mm (3.356 to 3.534 in)
Thickness of one new 7T7067 Disc ... 4.95 to 5.21 mm (.195 to .205 in)
Thickness of one new 7D7504 Plate ... 2.349 to 2.477 mm (.0925 to .0975 in)
(6) Torque for bolts ... 55 ± 7 N·m (40 ± 5 lb ft)
(7) Torque for three studs ... 100 ± 14 N·m (75 ± 10 lb ft)
(8) Torque for three nuts ... 250 ± 14 N·m (185 ± 10 lb ft)
NOTE: Tighten nuts (8) one turn at a time to pull housing down evenly. After all nuts are tight, tighten to final torque in a criss-cross pattern.
