New BrakeSaver Rotor Support Prevents Damage To Seals And Stator
Usage:
3406 and 3408 Truck Engines with BrakeSavers
A new 5P8718 Support is available for use during the removal and installation of BrakeSavers on 3406 and 3408 Truck Engines. The new support is used to prevent movement of the rotor assembly which can damage lip-type seals, bronze seals and the stator. Formerly, a 9N46 Cover was used as a service tool for removal and installation of the BrakeSaver. A change in the design of the BrakeSaver now makes it difficult to use this cover as a service tool.
