A One-Piece Spring Seat Is Now Used In The Governor
Usage:
3406, 3408, 3412 Industrial Engines (90U, 67U, 38S)
Description of Change: A one-piece spring seat is now used in place of the former two-piece spring seat, in dash pot governors on 3406, 3408, and 3412 Industrial Engines. With the one-piece spring seat, it is easier to hold the 2 ± 1% change in RPM from "high idle" to "full load".
Adaptable As: A direct replacement as shown in the chart that follows:
