New Governor Spring Gives Correct Balance Point Speed

Description of Change: A new governor spring is available to give 1160 Truck Engines the correct balance point rpm. The new spring replaces the former springs which had variable spring force values and can possibly cause the engine to operate at the wrong full load speed.
Adaptable To: The new 9N5074 Spring is a direct replacement for the former 9L9563 and 9N3842 Springs which are canceled.
