Improved Circle Drive Housing{5207}

Usage:

120B, 140B Motor Graders

Description of Change: A new housing assembly is used in circle drive groups for 120B and 140B Motor Graders. The new housing assembly has bearings for the circle drive pinion shaft. Formerly, no bearings were used in the housing, and it was possible for the housing and/or pinion shaft to become damaged in some conditions of operation.

Adaptable As: The new 5T4416 Housing Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 2G9995 Housing Assembly.

If desired the former 2G9995 Housing Assembly can be changed to the new 5T4416 Housing Assembly. To do this, machine the former housing as shown in Illustration 1, and install two 5T4046 Bearings as shown in Illustration 2.
