A 9U-7511 Spark Plug Seat Cleaner should be used in the above engines. The 9U-7511 Spark Plug Seat Cleaner is used to clean and maintain the 18 mm (.7 in) diameter threads in the cylinder head.

The 9U-7511 Spark Plug Seat Cleaner is long enough to entirely clean the threads in the cylinder head. Shorter tools provided by other sources increase the possibility of seizure and galling of the cylinder head threads. Debris can get packed in the last few threads of the cylinder head.
