Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove bucket

1. Remove hose assemblies (1).

2. Attach a suitable lifting device (2) to cylinder (3).

3. Remove bolt (4).

4. Remove pin (5) and cylinder (3). The cylinder weighs approximately 31 kg (70 lb).

5. Remove bolts (6).

6. Reposition bracket with hose assemblies (7).

7. Repeat for opposite side.

8. Remove hose assemblies (8).

9. Remove bolt (9).

10. Remove pin (10).

11. Install pin (11).

12. Attach a suitable lifting device (11).

13. Remove bolt (12).

14. Remove pin (13) and the stick (14).

1. Install stick (14) in reverse order of removal.
