  1. Install plug (11) into rotor (8).

  2. Install O-ring seals (9) and seals (10) into housing (7). Lubricate O-ring seals (9) and seals (10) with lubricant that is being sealed.

  3. Lubricate the sealing surface of rotor (8) with lubricant that is being sealed. Use two people in order to install housing (7) onto rotor (8). The weight of housing (7) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). The weight of rotor (8) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Carefully install housing (7) onto rotor (8).

  4. Install retainer (6), washers (5), and bolts (4).

  5. Install O-ring seal (3), cover (2), and bolts (1).

    Port reference for the rotor and the housing.

    Note: Open all the ports except for the port that is being tested.

  6. Check the swivel for leaks. Plug the drain ports of the inside body. Apply shop air pressure in the top of the swivel and check the swivel for leaks. The shop air pressure should be 414 to 483 kPa (60 to 70 psi). Ensure that the pressure does not drop 7 kPa (1 psi) in twenty seconds.

End By:

  1. Install the swivel.
