- Open hood (1).

- Remove filler cap (9) and the O-ring seal.

- Install valve mechanism cover (4) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten filler cap (9) to a torque of
3.0 ± 0.5 N.m (27.0 ± 4.4 lb in) . - Tighten screws (8) to a torque of
1.5 ± 0.5 N.m (13.3 ± 4.4 lb in) .Show/hide table

22 N.m (195 lb in) in the sequence as shown. - Tighten clamp (3) to a torque of
5 N.m (44 lb in) .
Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals with a light coating of the engine oil.
- Tighten filler cap (9) to a torque of
