Start By:

  1. Remove the hydraulic cylinder (elevation).

  1. Use Tooling (A) to remove cap (1) from cylinder (2).

  2. Remove rod assembly (3) from cylinder (2).

  3. Remove seal (7) from piston (6). Remove piston (6) from rod (3). Remove seal (4) and magnet ring (5) from rod (3).

  4. Remove seal (8), seal (9), seal (10), seal (11), seal (12), and seal (13) from cap (1).

  5. Disconnect harness assembly (14).

  6. Remove bolts (15) and detach block (16).

    Note: Remove block carefully as the block will remain attached by a harness assembly.

  7. Disconnect harness assembly (17) from block (16) and remove block (16). Remove sensor assembly (18).

  8. Remove four bolts (19) and remove receptacle (20).

  9. Remove O-ring seal (21) and remove O-ring seal (22).
