发动机带负荷运行后立即停机会引起过热并加快发动机零部件的磨损。 在发动机停机以前，让发动机逐渐冷却下来。 |
有多种不同的发动机停机方法。 确保已了解了发动机的停机步骤。 按照控制面板 OEM 提供的说明进行操作。
- 将负载减小到零。
注: 在高怠速下，负载缓升限制为每秒 4%。 如果处于调低速度下，则负载缓升限制为每秒 1%。
注: 长期怠速会造成过量机油消耗和相关的问题。
- 按照控制面板 OEM 提供的说明停止发动机。
如果应用了冷却功能，则发动机会按照编程时间运转，然后停机。 此编程时间允许涡轮增压器减速。 降温后，发动机将停机。
如果不采用降温特性，让发动机在停机之前在高怠速下运转一个降温期。 如果发动机已在高载荷下运转，则使发动机在高怠速下运转直至发动机系统稳定。 例如，等到涡轮增压器的转速降下来。 在正常的运行状态下，降温期应小于 1 分钟。
