- Komið í veg fyrir að óhreinindi komist í öndunarsamstæðuna. Tryggið að ytra byrði öndunarsamstæðunnar sé hreint og óskemmt. Setjið ílát undir öndunarsamstæðuna.
- Snúið lokinu (1) ofan á rangsælis í opna stöðu. Takið lokið af öndunarhúsinu (3) og takið síuna úr (2).

(5) Hak - Takið gamla þéttið (4) úr og setjið nýtt í.
Hakið (5) í lokinu að ofan veitir aðgang að þéttinu.

(B) Stilling - Setjið nýja síu í öndunarhúsið (3). Tryggið að sían sitji rétt, sjá skýringarmynd 72. Stillið staðsetningu (A) á lokinu að ofan rétt við
staðsetningu (B) á síunni.

- Fjarlægið ílátið.

(7) Útstreymi - Leitið eftir skemmdum á öndunarslöngunni (6). Gangið úr skugga um að úttakið (7) sé hreint og óstíflað. Ís getur valdið stíflum í slæmu veðri.
