千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的连杆支架。 |
使用起重机搬移重的部件。 使用一个可调的吊粱起吊发动机。 所有的支承构件（链条和钢丝绳）应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的顶面尽可能保持垂直。
有些搬移工作要求用吊装工具吊装，以确保平衡和安全。
吊耳是为特定的发动机装置设计和安装的。 更换吊耳和/或发动机会使吊耳和吊具不能使用。 如果更换了吊环螺栓和/或发动机，则应确保提供合适的起吊装置。 有关正确起吊发动机的吊具资料，请向 Cat 代理商咨询。
