A New Wiring Harness is Now Used on Certain C18 Marine Propulsion Engines {1408, 1921}

Description of Change: A new sensor harness is now used on certain JLE prefixes.
Adaptable To: The addition of the 385-9119 Sensor Harness As allows the air cleaner temperature sensor to be rotated away from the engine. The sensor harness is adaptable back to first production on the serial number listed above.
Certain marine engines are unable to make full power with nearby engine room temperatures below the engine protection maps. Orientation of the filter sensor should be installed at a minimum 22.5 degrees outboard of the engine to reduce the heat transfer to the sensor.
