- Disconnect harness assembly (1) by unscrewing the connector.

Illustration 2 g03830996 - Unscrew transformer (2) from the spark plug. Remove the copper washer (not shown).

- Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the remaining spark plugs.

- Use Tooling (A) to install spark plug (4). The spark plug gap should be set at
0.64 ± 0.03 mm (0.025 ± 0.001 inch) . Tighten the spark plugs to a torque of35 ± 5 N·m (25 ± 4 lb ft) .Show/hide table

6.75 N·m (60 lb in) .Show/hide table

- Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the remaining spark plugs.
