Air Cleaner - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner element. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Air Cleaner Element - Inspect/Clean/Replace".

  2. Remove bolts (1) and plate (2).

  3. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to air cleaner assembly (3). The weight of air cleaner assembly (3) is approximately 91 kg (201 lb).

  4. Loosen clamps (4).

  5. Remove bolts (5) and remove air cleaner assembly (3) from coupler (6).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install air cleaner assembly (3) in the reverse order of removal.
