- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

- Remove tube assembly (6).

- Loosen clamps (10). Remove hose (11).

- Remove bolts (15) and elbow (14).
- Remove bolts (17) and position hose assemblies (17) out of the way.

- Remove bolts (26) and water pump (25).

- Remove bolts (28) and inlet cover (30).

- Install water pump (25) in the reverse order of removal.
- Apply Tooling (A) to all O-ring seals and seals in the installation procedure.
- Install clamp (12) and tighten clamp (12) to a torque of
14 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb in) .
