Engine Oil Cooler - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the turbocharger.
- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Illustration 2 g03761818 - Remove bolts (3). Disconnect tube assembly (4).
- Loosen clamps (8). Remove hose (7).
- Remove bolts (5). Remove engine oil cooler (6).
- Install engine oil cooler (6) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten hose clamps (8) to a torque of
14 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb in) .
- Tighten hose clamps (8) to a torque of
