New Engine Software Is Available for Certain 3512C Locomotive Engines {1901, 1920}

The new engine software has recalibrated fuel rate maps to improve fuel consumption at low idle.
Note: The software updates applies to 0K9289, 1350bkW, 1550bkW, or 1700 bkW ratings.
The new 456-9509 Engine Software replaces the existing 447-7169 Engine Ratings Electronic Software Gp. The new engine software is adaptable back to first production on the serial numbers listed above.
