| 将连续的一层液体密封胶涂抹在接头端面上并清除多余的胶。 必须在涂抹垫片密封胶后的 20 分钟之内组装部件。 | |||
| 使用以下步骤拧紧飞轮壳螺栓。 | |||
| 1 | 8 | 165-3929 螺栓 | 1. 按照图 2 中所示的数字顺序，将螺栓 (1) 至螺栓 (9) 拧紧至扭矩为 100 ± 20 N·m (74 ± 15 lb ft)。 2. 按照图 2 中所示的数字顺序，将螺栓 (10) 至螺栓 (24) 拧紧至扭矩为 40 ± 10 N·m (30 ± 7 lb ft)。 3. 按照图 2 中所示的数字顺序，再次将螺栓 (1) 至螺栓 (9) 拧紧至扭矩为 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)。 4. 按照图 2 中所示的数字顺序，再次将螺栓 (10) 至螺栓 (24) 拧紧至扭矩为 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft)。 |
