发动机停机之后,液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前,如果不事先释放压力,可能会造成严重伤害。

卸下机具和其油路之前,必须先把机具放到地面上,让油先冷却,才可进行工作。 只能在发动机停机,并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖。



注意

在检查、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时,请小心确保盛接油液。 在打开任何舱室或拆卸任何含有油液的部件前,请准备好盛接液体用的适当容器。

有关收集和盛接 Cat® 产品油液的合适工具和用品,请参阅专门出版物, PERJ1017, "代理商维修工具目录"。

按照本地法规和要求处置所有油液。

SOS 取样测试口 (1) 和滤清器进口测压口 (2) 位于变速箱滤清器底座上。 请参阅插图 2。 定期采样 (SOS) 取样口设计有紫色防尘盖。 在为 SOS 进行油品取样时采用此端口。 为了防止损坏端口内的密封并由此引发泄漏,在使用油液取样口时务必采用 169-8373 油液取样瓶。

按照以下步骤获取 SOS 油样。

  1. 起动发动机。 预热机油直到机油达到 47 °C (116 °F)

  2. 确保变速箱控制装置处于空档位置并将油门置于低怠速位置。

  3. 卸下防尘盖。 使用 169-8373 油液取样瓶从 SOS 测压口取得油样。

  4. 关闭发动机。

  5. 检查液压滤清器滤芯中有无异物。

  6. 更换液压滤清器滤芯。
