A New Oil Suction Screen Is Used in C175-16 Generator Set Engines {1302}

Generator Set:
C175-16 (S/N: WYB1-UP)

Description of Change: The new oil suction screen is designed to help prevent the possibility of being installed backwards. The new oil suction screen has an additional length that interferes with the cover for the screen if the screen is installed backwards.

(1) Former 281-9376 Suction Screen

(2) New 354-1552 Screen As

The new 354-1552 Screen As replaces the former 281-9376 Suction Screen, which is canceled.

The new 354-1552 Screen As is effective with engines built after 5July 2011.

The new 354-1552 Screen As is adaptable to the above C175-16 Generator Set Engines back to first production.
