注: 1级分析的结果可能表明需要进行2级分析。
尽可能接近推荐的取样间隔期进行冷却液的取样。 为了得到 S·O·S 分析的完整结果，您必须建立趋势一致的数据。 为了建立相关的数据历程，应按均匀间隔进行前后一致地取样。 从 Caterpillar 代理商处获得取样所需的器具。
请遵循下列指南，对冷却液进行正确的取样：
- 开始采样前，填写采样瓶标贴上的事项。
- 将未用过的取样瓶保存在塑料袋中。
- 从冷却液取样口直接获得冷却液液样。 不要从其它地方取样。
- 直到开始取样时，再取下空取样瓶的瓶盖。
- 为防止杂质污染，取样后应立即将样品装入邮寄管中。
- 切勿从膨胀瓶中取样。
- 切勿从系统的排放口取样。
交上进行1级分析用的样品。
