5P-8940 O-Ring Seal  Lubricate the bore lightly with glycerin or 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant. 
16  216-2211 Clamp  Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamps:
1. Center the clamps within the marking on the Hose.
2. Orient the clamps so that the T-bolts are separated by 90 degrees.
3. Tighten the clamps to 10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in)
12  5F-4899 Bolt  Use the following procedure in order to assemble the aftercooler assembly and tighten the bolts:
1. Assemble the seals to the aftercooler core.
2. Temporarily secure the bottom seal to the aftercooler with tape. Do not use an adhesive, a silicone lubricant, or any other lubricant for retention of the seal.
3. Assemble the aftercooler with seals to the inlet manifold.
4. Inspect the bottom seal in order to ensure that the seal is seating correctly in the recess.
5. Install the aftercooler cover or adapter.
6. Inspect the upper seal in order to ensure that the seal is seating correctly in the recess.
7. Install the cover or adapter bolts and washers. Hand tighten the cover or adapter bolts.
8. Tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 3 to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).
9. Again, tighten the bolts in a numerical sequence that is shown in Illustration 3 to 47 N·m (35 lb ft).
10. Remove the tape.
