该诊断代码与变矩器油温传感器有关。 当 ECU 读取到来自变矩器油温传感器的信号对蓄电池正极连接短路时,记录 FMI 03。
该诊断代码可能的原因如下:
- 传感器电源电路断开。
- 回路电路断开。
- 信号电路对蓄电池正极连接短路。
- 信号电路开路或传感器处于断开状态。
- 传感器出故障。
- ECU 有故障。 这不太可能。
注: 以下测试步骤可能会生成其他诊断代码。 请忽略所产生的诊断代码,在排除原有诊断代码后清除即可。 执行本步骤之前,请确保诊断代码 CID 0826 FMI 03 处于激活状态。

测试步骤 1. 检查传感器上的电压。
- 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。
- 从机器线束上断开传感器。
- 在传感器的机器线束接头上,测量触点 1(导线 407-PK(粉))和触点 2(导线 202-BK(黑))间的电压。
预期结果:
电压测量值应约为 8 VDC。
结果:
- 正常 - 电压约为 8 VDC。 转至测试步骤 2。
- 异常 - 电压并非约为 8 VDC。
修复: 机器线束有问题或 ECU 出故障。 ECU 不太可能会出现故障。
转至测试步骤 3。
测试步骤 2. 检查电路有无开路。
- 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到断开位置。
- 从 ECU 上断开机器线束接头 J1 和 J2。
- 在传感器的机器线束接头上,将一条跨接导线连在触点 1(导线 407-PK(粉))与触点 2(导线 202-BK(黑))之间。
- 在机器线束接头 J1 上,测量触点 J1-29(导线 407-PK(粉))与所有可能的蓄电池负极连接之间的电阻。 有关更多电路信息,请参阅电气示意图, KENR8297。
预期结果:
电阻测量值应小于 5 欧姆。
结果:
- 正常 - 电阻测量值小于 5 欧姆。 进行步骤 3。
- 异常 - 电阻测量值大于 5 欧姆。
修复: 信号电路中存在开路。 修理或更换线束。

测试步骤 3. 检查电路是否短路。
- 断路开关和钥匙起动开关仍保持在 OFF 位置。
- 机器线束接头 J1 和 J2 保持断开状态。
- 拆下上一个测试步骤中安装的跨接导线。
- 在 ECU 的机器线束接头 J1 和 J2 上,测量传感器信号触点 J1-29(导线 407-PK(粉))与所有其他 J1 和 J2 触点之间的电阻。
预期结果:
各电阻测量值均应大于 5000 欧姆。
结果:
- 正常 - 各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。
修复: 传感器出故障。 更换传感器,确认使用新传感器后排除该故障。 如果仍存在该故障,则需先退出本步骤,然后重新执行一次。
停止
- 异常 - 电阻测量值小于 5000 欧姆。
修复: 机器线束中存在短路。 信号电路与电阻测量值偏低的电路之间存在短路。 修理或更换线束。
