该诊断代码与缓速器电磁阀有关。 FMI 03 表示 ECU 已确定电磁阀电路的电压高于正常值。
可能由于下列原因产生该诊断代码:
- 电磁阀出现故障。
- 电磁阀电源电路对蓄电池正极电路短路。
- ECU 有故障。 这不太可能。
注: 以下测试步骤可能会生成其他诊断代码。 忽略生成的这些诊断代码,并在修复原有诊断代码后清除这些忽略的诊断代码。 执行本步骤之前,请确保诊断代码 CID 1248 FMI 03 处于激活状态。
注: 使用数字万用表执行此步骤中的测量。
测试步骤 1. 检查电磁阀电源电路是否对蓄电池正极电路短路。
- 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到断开位置。
- 从电磁阀和 ECU 上断开机器线束接头。
- 在 ECU 机器线束接头上,测量触点 J1-61(导线 K744-BU(蓝))与 ECU 机器线束接头中使用的所有触点之间的电阻。
预期结果:
各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。
结果:
- 正常 - 各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束正常。 转至测试步骤 2。
- 异常 - 各电阻测量值都不大于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束中存在短路。 J1-61 (K744-BU(蓝)) 与电阻测量值低的电路之间短路。
修复: 修理或更换机器线束。

测试步骤 2. 检查该诊断代码是否仍处于现行状态。
- 检查线束接头。 清理线束接头的触点,并检查导线绝缘层是否由于过热、蓄电池酸液或擦伤而损坏。
- 对与电路有关的每一根导线进行拉力为
45 N (10 lb) 的拉拔测试。 - 重新连接所有线束接头以便确保接头完全座入。 此外,确保各个接头的夹子紧固。
- 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。
- 操作机器。
- 确定 CID 1248 FMI 03 是否为激活状态。
预期结果:
CID 1248 FMI 03 为激活状态。
结果:
- 是 - CID 1248 FMI 03 为激活状态。 此故障没有得到排除。
修复: ECU 不太可能会出现故障。 先退出此步骤,然后重新执行此步骤。 如果没有找到该诊断代码的原因,则应更换 ECU。 更换 ECU 之前,务必先咨询当地代理商的技术通信员征求 Caterpillar 可能的意见。 此咨询可以大大降低维修时间。 请参阅测试和调整, KENR8291, "电子控制单元 - 更换"。
