  1. 查看全部激活的诊断代码并确定诊断代码的根源。 对卡车进行必要的修理。

  1. 确保停车制动器继电器没有卡死。 清洁停车制动器继电器,如果继电器卡死,更换继电器。

  1. 检查停车制动器有无部件损坏。 如果有零件损坏,则修理停车制动器。

制动盘

制动盘随车轮组件一起转动。 当制动板与制动盘压到一起时,摩擦力使车轮组件和制动盘停止移动。 制动器环保密封。 制动器不需要调整。 油连续流过制动盘进行冷却。 Duo-Cone 密封总成可防止冷却油泄漏到地面或者流入车桥壳体中。

  1. 制动器排气螺钉处的压力检查

    在制动器排气螺钉处, 793F 和 797F 的残留压力应当为 106 kPa (15.4 psi)(前)和 65 kPa (9.4 psi)(后)。 残留压力过低可能表示松紧调整器出现故障。 残留压力过高也可能表示松紧调整器出现故障或制动盘翘曲。

  1. 制动盘翘曲检查

    要想检查制动盘是否翘曲,需要通过转动车轮来查看压力是否波动。 如果在转动车轮时压力波动,则制动盘可能翘曲,因此应予以更换。

  1. 制动器冷却油泄漏

    要想检查制动器冷却油是否泄漏,需堵住制动器冷却端口并在各制动器组件上施加最大 138 kPa(20 psi)的压力。 切断空气供应源后观察制动器组件内截留的压力 5 分钟。 截留的压力不应降低。

停车和辅助制动器控制阀

停车和辅助制动器阀控制着流向停车制动器的油流。 由弹簧接合的停车制动器由液压压力来进行释放。 发动机必须正在运转,来自停车制动器释放泵段的油道中才会有机油压力。
