机油泄漏可能导致一系列症状。 系统的压力侧机油泄漏可能导致机油油位低,进一步可能导致机油通风、泵噪音和工作异常。

系统吸油侧机油泄漏可能导致类似症状。 如果机器怠速运转时机油泄漏,则泵运转时可能吸入空气。

检查机器周边和下方有无油滴或油滩痕迹。 还要检查管路和软管以及铺设机油管路的内室。

检查接头和连接有无机油残留或滴落。

注: 通过观察可知道多数机油泄漏会吸附尘土和灰尘。

举升操纵杆位置传感器

诊断代码通常显示为指向部件而非系统。 然而,所有故障都是系统层面的,应按此方式处理。 往往,传感器不是故障部位。 多数情况下,是传感器读取的部件有故障或未正常工作。 同样,不要忽视作为根源起因的配线线束和接头。

- 确认传感器导线和连接正确。 检查 ECM 线束上的接头。

- 确保所有接头、触针和插孔连接良好,并且线束和导线无腐蚀、磨损或夹点。

- 有关出现问题的系统,请参考电气示意图。

传感器可能误调整(方向错误)并发送可接受信号至 ECM,但不在所选操纵杆位置的工作循环范围内。

车斗位置传感器

车斗位置传感器位于车斗左枢轴销旁的机架上。 连杆组件连接在传感器和车斗之间。 当车斗抬升后,连杆旋转传感器,传感器使发送到变速箱/底盘 ECM 的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号发生变化。

传感器和车斗之间的连杆调整非常重要。

举倾系统管路/软管

举倾液压系统、变矩器液压系统、前和后制动器冷却器以及停车制动器释放液压系统都使用相同的油

任何这些软管和管路、或连接软管和管路的接头都可能是机油通风(泵的吸油侧等)或机油泄漏(高压管路/软管)的来源。 如果维修步骤期间或更换滤清器的情况下,拆解并重新组装这些管路或软管时不当心,也可能将污染引入机油系统。

举倾机构油缸

机油污染可能对内部油缸部件造成损坏,导致油缸活塞或连杆卡滞,阻碍油缸移动。 如果油缸连杆变弯,则油缸可能卡滞或卡住,阻碍工作。

泵驱动装置

泵驱动装置壳内的齿轮和/或花键机械断开可防止旋转动力自飞轮传输至特定泵传动轴,这可能会产生噪音和/或使泵驱动装置(转向、举倾和后制动器冷却以及变速箱泵)驱动的一个或所有泵停止工作。

泵驱动装置壳内的轴承、垫片、齿轮和/或花键机械粘连或夹紧可防止旋转动力自飞轮传输至特定泵传动轴,这可能会使泵驱动装置(转向、举倾和后制动器冷却以及变速箱泵)驱动的一个或所有泵停止工作。
