Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This action will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Note: Cap all lines and fittings that are disconnected in order to prevent fluid loss. This action will also keep contaminants out of the system.

  1. Disconnect harness assemblies (1).

  2. Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (3).

  3. Remove bolts (4) and remove the fuel manifold (5).
