Engine Stalls Immediately After Starting

诊断代码和事件代码

将 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)连接到维修工具接头上。 检查有无激活的诊断代码和事件代码。

查找现行或记录的诊断代码。 检查有无与低压燃油系统有关的代码。 继续之前,使用适当的电路测试方法诊断和排除激活的代码。

此外,查找现行或记录的事件代码。 检查有无与低压燃油系统有关的代码。 如果燃油系统中有明显故障,继续进行下一步前,先维修低压燃油系统。

注: 重复记录的诊断代码可能是间歇性电气故障的征兆。 重复记录的事件代码可能是发动机存在即将出现的故障的征兆。

注油泵

电动燃油注油泵用于在起动发动机之前充注低压燃油系统。 必须将低压燃油系统加压至约 250 kPa (36 psi)(仪表)才能开启高压泵的单向阀。 由客户提供的增压泵可能存在故障。使用 Cat ET 监控发动机拖动期间的 "Fuel Pressure (absolute)(燃油压力(绝对))"参数。 确保电动燃油注油泵达到了正确压力。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整以了解关于测试低压燃油系统的其他信息。

发动机盘车期间,如果电动燃油注油泵没有产生正确的压力,检查单向阀有无磨损。

对于带内部单向阀的早期注油泵,更换阀和弹簧。

对于在燃油供油接头上带有外部单向阀的后期注油泵,更换单向阀。

如果更换单向阀排除了故障,将装置重新投入使用。 否则,更换燃油注油泵。

输油泵

输油泵可能没有向低压燃油系统泵送足够的燃油量。 起动期间,如果没有维持正确的压力,发动机可能起动,但不会持续运转。

使用 Cat ET 监控发动机起动期间的 "Fuel Pressure (absolute)(燃油压力(绝对))"参数。 确保发动机拖动期间燃油压力至少为 250 kPa (36 psi)(仪表)。 还要确保发动机起动后燃油压力保持在 250 kPa (36 psi)(仪表)以上。

起动后,如果燃油系统中的其他部件正常,但燃油压力下降,更换输油泵。

负载过大

确保负载没有过大。 降低负载。 如有必要,分离从动设备,然后再测试发动机。
