Sealed Beam Halogen Lamps Are Available{7309}

All Caterpillar Equipment Using Sealed Beam Lamps

Description of Change: Round halogen lamps are now available for Caterpillar equipment. The new sealed beam halogen lamps give a whiter light, which improves night vision. In addition they are more efficient than incandescent lamps providing more lumens per watt (more light while drawing less power).

Adaptable To: The new halogen lamps will be introduced across the product line as quickly as practical. The new round sealed beam halogen lamps are direct replacements for the former incandescent lamps. The new lamps are available through the parts department. Refer to the chart for lamp and body assembly replacement information.
