Polarity Corrections On Wiring Diagrams{4450}
Usage:
All SR-4 Generators With VR3 Voltage Regulators
The VR3 wiring diagram mounted on SR4 Generators may show F1 lead as "negative" instead of "positive", and F2 lead as "positive" instead of "negative". If this is the situation, change the marks on these two leads on the diagram.
Also, refer to the VR3 Voltage Regulator Supplement, SENR3473, for SR-4 Generators (Self-Excited), Page 14. In the first illustration, change "F1-" to "F1+", and "F2+" to "F2-".
