封闭式曲轴箱通风系统(CCV) 需要更换烟雾处理滤清器。 CCV 的使用周期将会受下列各项的影响：
- 发动机的负载
- 烟灰浓度
- 发动机状况
CCV 配备一个保养指示器。 如果烟雾处理滤清器在正常保养周期之前堵塞，滤清器阻力升高，将导致真空度为正。 当压力继续升高时，保养指示器将会通过盖进行指示。 保养指示器指示需要更换烟雾处理滤清器。 使用下列步骤，进行保养指示器复位：

- 拆下塑料盖。

- 更换塑料盖。
更换烟雾处理滤清器

热油和热的部件可能会导致人员受伤。 不要让热的油和部件接触皮肤。 |
注: 可能的话，在关闭发动机的同时进行保养。
- 松开将碳罐固定在滤清器座组件上的卡销。

- 降下碳罐，以便露出滤芯。 碳罐底部可能会有机油。 避免机油溅出。
注: 发动机运转过程中可能很难拆卸碳罐。 发动机运转过程中碳罐有负气压。 这会产生真空度。
- 向下拉滤芯，卸下滤芯。 妥善处理旧滤芯。
- 卸下旧滤芯顶端盖上的 O 形密封圈组件。
- 更换滤清器座组件底部的 O 形密封圈。
- 将新的 O 形密封圈安装在滤芯顶端盖上。 将滤芯安装到正确的位置。
- 更换碳罐，对准碳罐与滤清器座组件上的凸台。
- 将卡销夹紧在闭合位置。
