Description of Change: If the turbocharger compressor outlet pressure sensor is not isolated from the engine, electrical noise can cause the signal from the pressure sensor to oscillate. This electrical noise may cause an offset in the sensor's signal. The new adapter assembly is used with the pressure sensor in order to electrically isolate the pressure sensor from the engine.
Adaptable To: The new 226-9653 Adapter As is used with the 194-6724 Pressure Sensor Gp. The 061-7921 Connector and the 6V-5048 O-Ring Seal is required for the installation of the new adapter assembly. Refer to Illustrations 1 and 2.
