New 1U5752 Retainer Tool Available To Service Hydrostatic Transmissions {0721}

Caterpillar Service Technology Group is offering the new 1U5752 Retainer Tool to service hydrostatic transmissions. This tool can be used to aid in the removal and installation of the retaining ring at the bottom of the servo piston pin in hydrostatic transmissions. See the illustration. This retainer tool was formerly a fabricated tool (FT2147). But, because it was difficult to fabricate locally, it is now available through the Caterpillar parts system.
