General Information (Power Train System)
静液压动力传动系为双通道静液压变速箱,具有高压、封闭的驱动回路。 双通道系统使机器能够进行枢转动以及逆向转动。
驱动回路由各履带上带旋转总成的活塞泵和各履带上的独立活塞马达组成。 活塞泵是一个偏心泵,活塞泵为向前行驶和向后行驶提供油流。 行驶方向取决于自活塞泵流出的方向。 活塞马达可无极变速,带动产生不同的行驶速度。 活塞泵还影响机器的行驶速度。 第一,泵增大行程,以提供所需速度。 若命令更高速度,则将马达减少冲程。

电子静液压控制系统控制静液压变速箱功能。 静液压变速箱对操作员的输入有响应。 静液压变速箱对操作员的输入有响应。 电子静液压控制系统控制以下各项:
- 静液压传动泵和马达的位移
- 倒车警报输出
- 静液压变速箱超越阀的状态
- 停车制动阀的状态
该系统还提供发动机超速和转速不足保护。 在超速的情况下,系统会自动调整流向静液压变速箱泵和马达的电流,降低机器转速。 在发动机转速不足的情况下,通过降低流向静液变速箱泵和马达的控制电流来提供保护。 这是对发动机低转速以及发动机凸耳的响应。
根据操作员就位状态启用或停用机器操作。 未检测到座椅上有操作员且未踩下制动踏板时,操作员就位状态将设置为"操作员未就位"。
在所有其他情况下,操作员在场状态将设置为"操作员在场"。
如果操作员在场状态为"操作员不在场",变速箱和机具控制装置将不能工作。
如果操作员就位状态从"操作员未就位"变为"操作员就位",必须切换停车制动器开关,从而激活变速箱和机具。
如果机器运动过程中操作员就位状态从"操作员就位"变为"操作员未就位",机器将不停止。
