Oil Filter and Base (Power Train) - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Remove bolts (1) and door (2).

  3. Remove bolts (3) and (4).

  4. Open door (5).

  5. Remove bolts (6), (7), and (8).

  6. Remove bolt (9).

  7. Remove bolts (10) and (11). Remove cover assembly (12).

  8. Cut cable strap (13). Disconnect harness assembly (14).

  9. Cut cable strap (16). Disconnect harness assembly (15).

  10. Remove oil filter (power train) (19), bolts (17), and oil filter base (power train) (18).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install oil filter (power train) (19) and oil filter base (power train) (18) in the reverse order of removal.
