A new method for performing calibrations on the hydrostatic system is now available. The new method does not require lifting the machine onto jack stands.
Hydrostatic system calibrations can be performed simply by removing the front and rear driveshafts. The tires and rims can remain installed on the machine. Perform the calibration as outlined in the applicable Testing and Adjusting manual. This method is valid for all machines listed above.
Note: The method of removing driveshafts is only for Hydrostatic System - Pump and Motor Solenoid Calibration. The driveshaft must be installed for the Hydrostatic System - Transmission Fill Calibration (Gearbox Clutch) and Drive Pump Pressure Override Calibration (Electronic Pressure Override) (EPOR).
