- 清洁水泵轴 (6) 和壳体 (1) 中唇形密封 (9) 的沉孔。

- 使用工具 (D) ，将新的唇形密封 (9) 安装到壳体 (1) 中。
注: 安装密封时使密封金属表面上的零件号朝向壳体。 确保唇形密封与壳体沉孔的前边缘平齐。 请勿润滑唇形密封。 使用压具安装唇形密封。 请勿用手安装唇形密封。
- 将轴承组件 (8) 安装在水泵轴 (6) 上。
- 安放护圈 (5) ，使 "OUTSIDE"（外侧）标记朝向水泵轴 (6) 的齿轮端。
- 使用适当的压具将齿轮 (2) 安装在水泵轴 (6) 上。
注: 安装齿轮 (2) ，使其紧贴轴承组件 (8) 。
- 将工具 (E) 在轴 (6) 的上方滑动。 锥边缘将朝向外侧。
- 将齿轮 (2) 和水泵轴安装到壳体 (1) 中。 小心不要损坏唇形密封 (9) 。 安装将轴承挡圈 (5) 固定在壳体上的螺栓 (3) 。
- 将工具 (E) 从水泵轴 (6) 上拆下。
- 使用压具和工具 (F) 将新密封总成 (7) 安装到轴 (6) 的上方，装入壳体 (1) 中。 确保密封外侧壳体完全座入壳体中。
- 将叶轮 (4) 在水泵轴 (6) 上放置到位。 使用适当的压具将叶轮 (4) 安装在水泵轴上。
注: 安装叶轮 (4) 时应距水泵轴端 0.00 ± 0.25 mm (0.000 ± 0.010 in) 以内。
- 将 O 形密封圈 (10) 安装在壳体上。
