- 将适当起吊设备连在水泵 (1) 上。 水泵 (1) 的重量约为
27 kg (60 lb) 。 将水泵 (1) 定位到发动机上。 安装螺栓 (6)。 - 安装螺栓 (4)。
- 定位弯头 (5) 并安装三个螺栓 (7)。
- 检查管组件 (2) 的 O 形密封圈。 如有必要，更换新的 O 形密封圈。 用甘油略微地润滑弯管 (5) 的孔。 将 O 形密封圈插入弯头 (5) 的孔中。 将管组件 (2) 插入弯头 (5) 的孔中。
- 安装卡箍组件 (3)。
- 向冷却系统加注冷却液。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "冷却系统冷却液 - 更换"。
