Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the cab.

1. Drain the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Disconnect hose assembly (1) .

3. Remove clip (2) .

4. Disconnect harness assemblies (3) and set harness assemblies (3) out of the way.

5. Disconnect hose assemblies (4) and set hose assemblies (4) out of the way.

6. Disconnect harness assembly (5) .

7. Disconnect clips (6) .

8. Disconnect hose assemblies (7). Disconnect hose (8) .

10. Attach a suitable lifting device to pump assembly (10). The weight of pump assembly (10) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Remove bolts (11) and use the suitable lifting device in order to remove pump assembly (10) from the machine.

11. Remove coupling (12) .

12. Disconnect hose assemblies (13) and (14) .

13. Attach a suitable lifting device to implement piston pump (15). The weight of implement piston pump (15) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Remove the bolts and use the suitable lifting device in order to remove implement piston pump (15) from the machine.

Installation Procedure

1. Install implement piston pump (15) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 215 ± 10 N·m (160 ± 7 lb ft).
