New Hose Is Now Used in the Torque Converter Cooler Lines Group on 980H Wheel Loaders {1375, 3016, 5057}

Description of Change: New hose for the torque converter cooler lines group is now used on the machines listed above. New hose without spiral wound allows more of the compression from the hose clamp to reach the tube to hose interface. The new hoses will reduce the possibility of leaks and increase reliability.

New 243-2746 Hose (1) replaces the former 329-1914 Hose in the 416-5654 Torque Converter Cooler Lines Gp and 232-6403 Torque Converter Cooler Lines Gp .
Use two 8T-6703 Hose Clamp (2) on each sides of the hose (1) during replacement of the existing hose.
New 243-2746 Hose is adaptable to machines KZL204-1013, KZL1015-1016, KZL1022-1311, PF8204-252 and effective in production with machines KZL1312-UP, PF8253-UP.
