Replacement VIMS Service Lamp Is Now Available On Certain Cat Machines {7431, 7601}

Description of Change: The incandescent VIMS service indicator lamp is reinstated back to production in place of the former LED lamps. A diagnostic Code gets triggered when the current drawn by the LED lamp is below normal, therefore the lamp remains in the OFF state which then the VIMS 68K ECM prompts a diagnostic code: CID 0823 - FMI 05 "Current Below Normal".
Adaptable To: The 125-6794 VIMS Service Indicator Lamp Group is reinstated back to production in place of the former 208-5021 VIMS Service Indicator Lamp Gp.
The 125-6794 VIMS Service Indicator Lamp Group is adaptable to and effective in production with the serial numbers that are listed in Table 1:
