Description of Change: A new material is used for the disc in the valve assemblies of the fuel transfer pump groups on the above engines. The new disc material provides longer service life at all operating temperatures.
Location of the 7W8412 Valve Assemblies with new discs.
Adaptable As: The part number of the 7W8412 Valve Assemblies with the new discs has not changed. The improved valve assemblies can be identified by the blue color of the new disc. The new disc is in effect in the valve assemblies of the fuel transfer pump groups on the above engines as shown in the chart.
