Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the engine.
- Remove bolts (1) . Remove nylon flange (2) .

- Loosen bolts (4) . Remove hub (3) .

Installation Procedure
- Install hub (3) to Dimension (Y) .

(Y) 13.7 mm (0.54 inch) from the pump shaft to the outer face of hub (3) . | |
- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 49 ± 2 N·m (36 ± 2 lb ft) in the following sequence: 1-2-1-2.
- Install nylon flange (2) with webbing facing the engine. Install bolts (1) . Tighten bolts (1) in the alternating pattern of 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, as shown in Illustration 7.
