A CID 1078 FMI 13 diagnostic code indicates the machine ECM has determined the Blade Raise (Y-Axis Raise/Lower) position sensor requires calibration. The diagnostic code will clear, once the calibration procedure has been performed successfully.
Test Step 1. PERFORM CALIBRATION
- Perform the calibration procedure for theBlade Raise (Y-Axis Raise/Lower) position sensor. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, UENR0057, "Implement Operator Control - Calibrate".
Expected Result:
A successful sensor calibration.
Results:
- YES - The calibration procedure was successfully performed. Return machine to normal operation.STOP
- NO - The calibration procedure was not successfully performed.
Repair: Perform the calibration procedure again. If the calibration procedure does not correct the problem, ensure that the related hydraulic and mechanical components are operating correctly. If the hydraulic and mechanical components are operating correctly, there may be a problem in the wiring harness or in the sensor. Refer to the other troubleshooting procedures for theBlade Raise (Y-Axis Raise/Lower) position sensor in order to troubleshoot the circuit.
