New Seal Prevents Oil Leakage From Threads Of Magnetic Speed Pickups{7487,7462}
Usage:
All Engines With Wet Flywheel Housings
A new 7W8524 Seal Group (not serviced) is available as an attachment to prevent oil leakage from the threads of the magnetic speed pickup used on engines with "wet" (oil filled) flywheel housings. The new seal group (see illustration) consists of a 5P8247 Hard Washer which is pressed against a 1V6341 Seal, to prevent oil leakage around the threads.
