Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the radiator tank.
- Remove the front bottom guard.
- Disconnect hose (1). Disconnect elbow (2) and position the hose assembly out of the way.

- Remove bolts (3) .
- Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support radiator (7). The weight of radiator (7) is approximately 80 kg (176 lb).

- Remove bolt (4). Remove bolts (5) and remove bracket (6). Repeat for the other side.
- Remove radiator (7) .
Installation Procedure
- Install radiator (7) in the reverse order of removal.
