Installation Procedure

- Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install the control group (5) into position. The weight of the control group (5) is approximately 386 kg (850 lb).

- Align control group (5) to the frame. Install pin (2) and plate (1) into the control group (5) .
- Repeat Step 2 for the other side.
- Raise lift cylinder (4). Align lift cylinder (4) with control group (5).
- Install pin (6) and plate (7) through lift cylinder (4) and into control group (5) .
- Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the other side.
- Connect hose assemblies (8) onto quick coupler (9). Connect clips (3) onto control group (5) .
End By: Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Install".
