- Attach a suitable lifting device in order to remove radiator module (20) from Tooling (A).

- Install eight bolts (23) .

- Remove the suitable lifting device from the radiator module (20) .

- Connect hose assemblies (1). Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR2500, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill"for the capacity of the cooling system.Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure
